Tesla new registrations in Norway rise 131% year-on-year in October OSLO, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Registrations of new Tesla TSLA.O cars in Norway rose 130.7% in October from a year earlier, to 1,548 vehicles, data compiler OFV said on Monday.
