The airports operator posted December group traffic up
+36.1% on the same period last year.
ARKEMA AKE.PA :
The chemical producer announced the successful launch of a
400 million euro bond issue, with maturity of 8 years and annual
coupon of 3.50%.
ARGAN SA ARGAN.PA :
The company said on Monday it has regained 100% of its
occupancy rate after signing a major deal with Disneyland Paris.
ENGIE ENGIE.PA :
The energy group announced the appointment of Frank
Lacroix as deputy chief executive of the group, effective from
Feb. 1
EURONEXT ENX.PA :
The stock exchange operator on Monday confirmed the
expansion of euronext clearing to derivatives markets for Q3 of
2024.
GAZTRANSPORT ET TECHNIGAZ SA GTT.PA :
The French engineering company on Monday announced that its
subsidiary Ascenz was selected to equip a major Mexican ship
owner with its Electronic Fuel Monitoring solution.
RENAULT RENA.PA :
* Renault SA RENA.PA and China's Geely Automobile Holdings
0175.HK are working to finalize a deal to bring Saudi Arabian
state oil producer Aramco 2222.SE in as an investor and
partner to develop and supply gasoline engines and hybrid
technologies, three people with knowledge of the talks said.
* A Nissan Motor Co 7201.T board committee reviewed
proposals from Renault SA RENA.PA on Monday and endorsed
pressing ahead on final terms for a reshaped alliance with its
French partner, two people with knowledge of the matter told
Reuters.
TESSENDERLO GROUP TESB.BR :
The Belgian chemicals group signed an agreement to acquire
marketing and sales activities for ammonium thiosulfate (ATS)
fertilizers produced by Esseco srl, in Trecate, Italy.
