** Clinical products co executes global distribution & supply agreement with Henry Schein HSIC.O, a provider of healthcare solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners

** Says agreement provides a pathway for first Tetratherix product launch in the United States and other major markets

** Stock up 8.2% YTD
