** Shares of Australia's Tetratherix TTX.AX rise as much as 15.3% to A$3.320 on trading debut, compared with their IPO offer price of A$2.88 per share

** Firm lists on the ASX to accelerate development of its polymer platform technology, Tetramatrix

** Co raised A$25 million ($16.33 million) in its IPO, valuing it at A$145 million

** TTX has developed a proprietary fluid matrix that is invisible to the body and does not induce any foreign bodily reaction to evolve regenerative medicine and targeted therapeutic delivery

** TTX shares pare early surge to climb 0.7% at A$2.90, compared with 0.4% gain in the ASX200 benchmark index .AXJO
