** Shares of Australia's Tetratherix TTX.AX rise as much as 10.1% to A$4.24, their highest level since mid-November

** Stock set for its strongest session in six weeks, if current trends hold

** Regenerative biomaterials maker says BioOptix, which is co's JV partner has entered agreement with Alcon Research

** Under agreement, Alcon Research to provide funding to speed up commercialization of products from Tetramatrix platform technology

** Tetramatrix platform technology is a biomaterial platform which creates implantable products for diverse clinical needs - co's website

** Stock up near 25% since it listed on June 30
