    * Thakral through its JV Gemlife brand acquires 2 additional 
properties in Australia 
    * Acquired through Gemlife brand two additional properties 
in Australia 
    * Gemlife has committed about A$20 million to development of 
two properties 
    * Development costs for properties to be funded by senior 
debt, capital provided by Gemlife as well as proceeds from home 
sales
