Identity of interested party
Further to the Company's announcement of 15 August 2017, the board of directors of Thalassa (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the identity of the interested party has been disclosed and positively cleared with WGP Group Ltd's ("WGP") clients. The potential purchaser of WGP and investor in Autonomous Robotics Ltd is Fairfield Industries Incorporated, d/b/a (doing business as) FairfieldNodal, Inc. ("FFN"), a Houston, TX, USA based global leader in seismic nodal technology. 
Privately held FairfieldNodal, a global leader in seismic nodal technology, designs and manufactures a complete range of revolutionary, true cable-free ZLand and ZMarine systems, and offers expert marine acquisition and data processing services. Known for its extensive multi-client library of high-quality 3D seismic data in the Gulf of Mexico, the company is also expanding licensing coverage in the revitalized Permian Basin through a series of successful multi-client programs.
Fairfield Industries Incorporated operates as a subsidiary of Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd.
