Result of General Meeting
Thalassa held a General Meeting today at 11am CET. The resolution to approve the sale of the assets of WGP Group Ltd and the proposed investment in Autonomous Robotics Ltd set out in the Notice of General Meeting sent to shareholders dated 1 December 2017 was duly passed unanimously. 
Details of the sale of the assets of WGP Group Ltd are set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 1 December 2017. The board of Thalassa anticipates completion of this transaction at the year end, subject to satisfaction of a number of conditions precedent. The proposed investment in Autonomous Robotics Ltd is expected to be concluded by no later than 31 March 2018.
Duncan Soukup, chairman of Thalassa, said: "Although it is heartening to receive the unanimous support of those shareholders who voted, it is tempered by the fact that only fourteen shareholders, excluding the Company's directors, voted.
