Thalassa held a General Meeting today at 10am CET. The resolutions to amend the memorandum and articles of association set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 17 September 2019 were approved unanimously.
 
The Company's amended memorandum and articles of association will be filed and posted on the Thalassa website as soon as practicable.
