James Hedges appointed CEO of Autonomous Robotics Limited

The board of Thalassa is delighted to announce that James Hedges, CFO of Thalassa's subsidiary Autonomous Robotics Ltd ("ARL"), has accepted the role of CEO of ARL with immediate effect. Mr Hedges has also been appointed to the board of ARL.
 
Mr Hedges has been working as CFO of ARL since December 2018, having previously held the role of Finance Director of AIM quoted telematics services company Trakm8 Holdings plc. He qualified as an accountant will KMG Thomason McLintock (now KPMG) and has worked for, among others, London Electricity plc and Charterhouse Mercantile Group, in addition to a number of SMEs.
 
Mr Hedges will lead the fundraising effort at ARL, with a focus on not only securing financial investment, but also industry support, both for commercial and defence applications of ARL's autonomous flying node system.
 
Dave Grant will remain with ARL as Chairman, who, along with the board of ARL, will support Mr Hedges in delivering the next phase of the business plan.
