Listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
The board of Thalassa (the "Board") is delighted to announce that the Company has obtained a listing on the Bourse de Luxembourg market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange ("BdL") in addition to its listing on the Official List and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Main Market").  As a result, ordinary shares in Thalassa have today been admitted to trading on the BdL market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange under the symbol "THALA". 
 
The entire issued ordinary share capital of Thalassa will continue to trade on the Main Market under the symbol "THAL".  The Company's ordinary shares will continue to be registered with their existing ISIN number VGG878801031 and SEDOL number B2QZ9D8.
 
The Board believes that the dual listing will benefit existing shareholders by making the Company's shares more accessible to European investors and thereby improving liquidity.  The Board also believes that ensuring the Company's shares are tradeable on an EU regulated market will avoid any impediment to using the Company's shares as consideration for cross-border acquisitions which might otherwise arise as a result of Brexit.
 
Chairman of Thalassa, Duncan Soukup said, "We are doing everything we can to ensure the Company can continue to execute its strategy effectively post-Brexit. The dual listing is one proactive step we have taken so that post-Brexit our shares will remain attractive in a cross-border M&A context."
