UK's N4 Pharma rises on US patent nod

** Shares of N4 Pharma Plc  N4P.L  surge as much as 33.3% to
2p, their highest since May 9
    ** The pharma co says The University of Queensland has been
notified by the U.S. patent attorney of the granting of its
further patent application in relation to Nuvec, a novel
delivery system for cancer treatments and vaccines, in the
United States
    ** Co has licensed exclusive worldwide rights to Nuvec from
the University of Queensland for therapeutic uses in humans and
animals
    ** Also, co says Chris Britten to replace John Chiplin as
non-executive chairman from Aug 1
    ** Stock set to post best day since April 13, 2022, if trend
holds 
    ** Stock up 29%, taking YTD gains to 4.5%
