rise ~10% to $18.57
    ** Co appoints Alphabet's  GOOGL.O  Google executive Joseph
Kava to its board of directors
    ** Kava currently serves as Vice President of Data Centers
at Google
    ** Many of CC's products are critical to AI and
high-performance computing, most notably in data center cooling,
where Kava has tremendous knowledge and experience, Chemours CEO
Denise Dignam says
    ** Chemours' stock fell 46.4% in 2024
