$19.30 premarket
    ** Co beats expectations for Q3 profit; posts adj. profit of
40 cents per share vs estimates of 28 cents per share - LSEG
    ** Reports Q3 net sales of $1.50 bln above estimates of
$1.44 bln
    ** CC posts Q3 adj. EBITDA of $208 mln, beating estimates of
$187.7 mln
    ** However, co expects Q4 net sales to decrease in the mid-
to high-single digits sequentially
    ** As of last close, stock was down ~44% YTD
