** Co beats first quarter sales and profit estimates driven by resilient demand for its cleaning products

** CLX posts earnings per share of 85 cents, beating estimates of 79 cents a piece- data compiled by LSEG

** Co posts 19% decline in Q3 revenue at $1.43 billion, vs. estimates of $1.40 billion; flagging lower shipments as retailers stocked up before its system upgrade

** Upto last close, stock down about 30% YTD
