** Shares of Cooper Companies COO.O fall 11.21% to $65.80 after the bell

** Company said it expects 2025 total revenue of $4.07 billion to $4.10 billion compared to previous expectations of $4.11 billion to $4.15 billion

** This is below analysts' estimates of $4.12 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Raises annual profit per share forecast to be between $4.08 and $4.12, from previous range of $4.05 to $4.11, above estimates of $4.07

** Sees Q4 rev. between $1.05 billion and $1.07 billion, below ests. of $1.10 billion

     ** Reports Q3 profit per share of $1.10, vs estimates of $1.07

** Stock down 19% YTD
