** Co said, on Aug 27, it will consider proposal to buyback shares 
** Co did not disclose details on the size or timing of the potential buyback
** Stock set to rise for a third straight session
** More than 1.6 mln shares traded, 1.8x their 30-day moving avg
** YTD, GESC up ~20%
