India's Phoenix Mills falls 4.7% on block deals

** Shares of real estate developer Phoenix Mills Ltd
 PHOE.NS  fall as much as 4.7% to 1,277.35 rupees, their
steepest intraday fall in over a week since March 23 
    ** More than 4.4 mln shares change hands in two separate
block deals at 1,299.60 rupees and 1,304.95 rupees apiece,
according to Refinitiv data
    ** Trading volume at 4.6 mln shares as of 02:52 p.m. IST,
nearly 17 times the 30-day moving avg
    ** 14 of the 16 analysts tracking PHOE maintain "buy", one
suggests "sell" and one recommends "hold"; median PT is 1,647.50

    ** As of last close, stock down 5.8% so far this year,
reversing its 44.4% gain in 2022
