** India's Phoenix Mills PHOE.NS rises 1.9% to 1,579.20 rupees, set to gain for fourth straight session

** The real estate developer's Q1 gross residential sales was at 1.68 bln rupees ($19.6 mln) vs 500 mln rupees in same period year ago; Q1 collections at 990 mln rupees vs 600 mln rupees year ago

** Q1 retailer sales (consumption) across all operational malls grew by 12% Y/Y

** PHOE down ~3% YTD
