** Shares of Indian real estate development company Phoenix
Mills Ltd   PHOE.NS  rise as much as 2.7% to 1,377.90 rupees, in
its biggest intra-day pct gain since Sept. 21
    ** Stock top pct gainer on India's Nifty Realty index

    ** More than 344,000 shares change hands by 0921 GMT, 1.1x
30-day avg of 318,996 shares
    ** 14 of the 16 analysts covering the stock have a "buy" or
"strong buy" rating, 1 has "hold" while 1 rates it at "sell" or
"strong sell"; median PT is 1,450 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** Nifty Realty index  .NIFTYREAL  falls as much as 1.4%,
its lowest since July 11
    ** Stock up 36.1% so far this year as of last close vs a
13.6% fall in the Nifty Realty index
