** Shares of Indian real estate development co Phoenix Mills
Ltd.  PHOE.NS  rise as much as 3.71% to 1,425.90 rupees
    ** Stock hits highest level and records biggest intraday
jump since Sept. 30
    ** Over 179,000 shares traded as of 0604 GMT, vs the 30-day
moving avg of 266,972 shares
    ** 14 of the 16 analysts covering the stock have a "buy" or
"strong buy" rating, with 1 "hold" and 1 "sell"; median PT is
1,450 rupees – Refinitiv data
    ** As of last close, PHOE stock up 39.5% YTD vs a 2.3% gain
in the Nifty Realty index  .NIFTYREAL
