Ltd  PHOE.NS  rise as much 10.5% to 1465.8 rupees, highest since
Sept. 23
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Nov. 2,
2021
    ** PHOE set to snap 5 straight sessions of losses 
    ** Stock among top pct gainers on the Nifty Realty index
 .NIFTYREAL , which is up 2.6%
    ** More than 129,937 shares change hands by 0708 GMT vs the
30-day avg of 272,397 shares
    ** Fourteen of the 16 analysts covering the stock have a
"buy" or "strong buy" rating, 1 has "hold" while 1 rates it at
"sell"; median PT is 1,450 rupees - Refinitiv data
    ** Stock up 34.6% YTD up to last close, vs a 14.12% drop in
the Nifty Realty index
