** Posts Q2 revenue of $340.2 million,  driven by co's Quest segment sales, slightly surpassing analysts' estimate of $339.3 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Quarterly adjusted EPS of 39 cents beat estimates of 36 cents

** Reaffirms full-year net sales outlook between a 2% fall and 2% rise, vs estimates of a 0.3% growth

** Shares fell ~50% in 2025
