up 2.8% at $35.57 premarket
    ** Co beats Q3 sales and profit expectations, boosted by
higher prices
    ** Q3 sales rises 2.6% to $324.8 mln, compared with
analysts' average estimate of $321.4 mln, per Refinitiv data
    ** Adjusted EPS of 44 cents tops expectations of 41 cents
    ** Co reiterates annual sales and profit forecasts
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen over 9% YTD
