** Shares of technology firm Smarter Web Company SWC.L up 6% at 70p
** Stock among top gainers on the FTSE small-cap index .FTSC, which is up 0.33%
** Co launches a retail offer for new preferred shares, to be listed on the LSE Main Market under the ticker "MORE"
** To issue up to 277,777 preferred shares at £90 ($119.10) each, targeting gross proceeds of £15 mln to £25 mln
** Stock up 53.6% since its LSE debut, as of last close
