** Shares of ad-tech firm Trade Desk TTD.O fall 6.7% to $34.12

** TTD appointed Tahnil Davis as interim chief financial officer effective January 24

     ** Davis, currently TTD's chief accounting officer, succeeds Alex Kayyal and will report to CEO Jeff Green

** Company reaffirms Q4 outlook; sees revenue of at least $840 million

** TTD had fallen 67.7% in 2025
