Posting of Annual Report, Notice of AGM and Investor Presentation

 

Alderley Park, 16 June 2025 - TheraCryf plc (AIM: TCF), the clinical stage
drug development company focussing on neuropsychiatry and oncology, announces
that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 have been
posted to shareholders and are now available on the Company website at
https://theracryf.com/investors/ (https://theracryf.com/investors/) .

 

Additionally, the Company's AGM will take place at 2.30pm on Wednesday, 9 July
2025 at the Royal Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole St, London, W1G 0AE. The
management team will also be hosting an in-person presentation after the AGM
to discuss the full year results and recent progress with the Orexin
antagonist programme. All shareholders are welcome to attend. Presentation
materials will be available after the event on the TheraCryf website.
