** Shares of Arcturus Therapeutics ARCT.O rise 5.8% to $7.29 premarket 
** Co announces collaboration with Thermo Fisher Scientific TMO.N to support potential late-stage development and potential commercialization of ARCT-032, its experimental mRNA treatment for cystic fibrosis
** Cystic fibrosis is an inherited disease that mainly affects the lungs and digestive system
** TMO will provide manufacturing, clinical research and commercial-readiness services for the program - ARCT
** If mid-stage data are positive, ARCT expects to run its late-stage program through TMO’s clinical research business 
** TMO will get exclusive commercial manufacturing rights if ARCT-032 is approved - ARCT 
** As of last close, ARCT up 12.4% YTD
