The JP Jenkins-15 November Index update

London, 3rd December - The JP Jenkins (www.jpjenkins.com
(http://www.jpjenkins.com) ) proprietary index covering the performance of the
venue's 15 largest stocks has been calculated after the close on 28th
November. This shows the index trading at 1147.2, up 4.5% since the previous
calculation a month ago.

Dominique Pretorius of JP Jenkins, commented:

"It has been a significant month of gains for the index as a whole, helped in
no small part by a significant increase in the share price of THG Ingenuity.
This is the biggest one month gain for the index we have seen since March and
takes the year to date increase to almost 15%."

THG Ingenuity demerged from its parent company THG at the start of 2025, at
which point shares in THG Ingenuity were then admitted onto the JP Jenkins
matched bargain trading facility.

Over the course of November, Smarttech247, John Lewis of Hungerford, London
& Associated Properties and Rocksteady Coffee Company have all joined JP
Jenkins. In addition we have entered into a partnership agreement with equity
management company Ledgy and a strategic collaboration with investment
management firm Sapphire Capital, whilst most significantly we became only the
second venue to be awarded a PISCES operator license by the Financial Conduct
Authority.

The index is market cap weighted, with the maximum weighting capped at 20%.
Quarterly reweighting will next take place in January 2026.
