Annual Report & Accounts 2024

The Company confirms that the Annual Report & Accounts for the financial
year ended 31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report") have today been made
available to view on the Company's website at:

The 2024 Annual Report will shortly be posted, or otherwise made available, to
the Company's shareholders.

In accordance with UKLR 6.4.1 and DTR 6.3.5(1A), a copy of the 2024 Annual
Report will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in unedited
full text and will shortly be available for inspection at:

As detailed in the 2024 Annual Report, the Company's Annual General Meeting
("Meeting") will take place at 1.00 p.m. on Wednesday 25 June 2025 at THG
Studios, 7-9 Sunbank Lane, Altrincham WA15 0AF. The Notice of Meeting will be
published and distributed to the Company's shareholders in due course.
