Changes to Directors' Responsibilities

Pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6R(3), the Company announces that, following a review of
Board Committee membership, independent Non-Executive Director Milyae Park,
who was appointed to the Board on 28 January 2025, is appointed as a member of
the Company's Audit and Risk Committees with immediate effect, and as a member
of its Sustainability Committee with effect from 23 May 2025.

The Company further announces that independent Non-Executive Director Helen
Jones, who was appointed to the Board on 21 June 2023, will become the
Company's designated Non-Executive Director for workforce engagement with
immediate effect.
