Directorate Change

As disclosed in the Demerger circular made available by the Company to its
Shareholders on 28 November 2024 (the "Circular").  The Company confirms that
with effect from completion of the Demerger on 2 January 2025, John Gallemore
joined the Ingenuity Board as Executive President and resigned from the board
and as Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless otherwise defined,
have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.
