TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings
The following notification is made further to an intra-group reorganisation
pursuant to which Sofina Capital S.A.'s holding in THG PLC has been
transferred to Sofina SA. No shares have been transferred outside the Sofina
group of companies.
