** Co rejects Selkirk's unsolicited bid for co's nutrition powder brand Myprotien

** Bid values Myprotein between 400 million-600 million pounds ($532.84 million-$799.26 million)

** Co says offer is "largely unfunded, highly conditional and non-binding" and undervalues Myprotein

** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen 32.46% so far this year
