** Top shareholder Matthew Moulding increases stake in co to 20.2% from 18.8%, a filing shows

** Moulding's equity interest in THG rises to about 25.4% on a fully diluted basis, including voting shares and unlisted shares

** THG shares have fallen about 20% so far this year
