** Shares of Third Age Health Services  TAH.NZ  jump as much
as 0.6% to NZ$1.650, their highest level since Jan 12, 2023 
    ** The healthcare service provider for elderly people says
it has signed conditional agreements to acquire a 70% stake in a
primary care practice specialising in elder care
    ** Says proposed investment for acquisition is NZ$700,000 
($426,230)
    ** Says the practice serves aged residential care facilities
in the Lower North Island in New Zealand 
    ** About 19,504 shares exchange hands vs 30-day average of
593 shares 
    ** Stock up 6.5% YTD, as of last close
