as 2.3% to NZ$2.25, their biggest intraday pct gain since May 11
    ** Aged residential care provider declares a final dividend

    ** Says it will continue to target a dividend policy of 75%
of net profit after income tax from continuing operations being
distributed to shareholders
    ** Stock trading at its highest since May 25
    ** Nearly 7,500 shares traded, compared with 30-day average
