Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced

markets announces that following the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
held earlier today at Enterprise House, 1-2 Hatfields, London, SE1 9PG, all
resolutions were duly passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands. The
