Thruvision (AIM: THRU) the specialist provider of people-screening technology to the international security market, announces announces that following the General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB, the resolution was duly passed by the requisite majority.
