Sharesave option grant to Executive Director

 

Thruvision (AIM:THRU), the leading provider of "safe distance"
people-screening technology to the international security market announces a
grant of share options under the Thruvision Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme").

 

Earlier today the Remuneration Committee of the Group granted, under the rules
of the Scheme, an option over 64,285 Ordinary 1p shares with an exercise price
of 22.4 pence per share to Colin Evans (Chief Executive).

 

The exercise price, set on 30 December 2021, is calculated on the basis of 80%
of the closing middle market price of Thruvision shares on 29 December 2021.
The option may be exercised between 1 March 2025 and 31 August 2025, assuming
the conditions of the Scheme are met.

 

Immediately prior to this grant, Colin Evans had 90,000 options under the
scheme which have vested but have yet to be exercised at an option price of
20p.
