Thruvision (AIM: THRU) the specialist provider of people-screening technology to the international security market, announces that following the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders held earlier today at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB, all resolutions were duly passed by the requisite majority.
