In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the

granted under the 2021 Company Share Plan and Remuneration Policy in March

The remaining two thirds of the forfeitable awards related to the March 2024

the employment conditions being met. The remaining ordinary shares underlying
the unvested forfeitable awards will be held in Treasury until such time that
the shares vest under the rules of the 2021 Thungela Share Plan.
