** Deadline for ABC Technologies to make firm offer for TI
Fluid extended to Nov. 22 from Nov. 8
** Canada's ABC Tech raised its offer to 200p/TIFS share on
Oct. 12
** Since then, the highest TIFS has hit has been 185 pence
