UK's TI Fluid hits over 2-year high on ABC Technologies' increased offer

** Shares of automotive fluid storage maker TI Fluid Systems
 TIFS.L  jumps 21.6% to 185 pence, its highest level since June
2022
    ** Stock top gainer on the FTSE mid-cap index  .FTMC  
    ** On Oct. 12 co received increased buyout offer of 200
pence ($2.61) per share from Canada's ABC Technologies 
        ** TIFS said it would recommend the proposal to
shareholders if a firm offer is made
  
    ** ABC Technologies must announce its intention to make a
firm offer or confirm it will not proceed by Nov. 8 - TIFS
    ** As of last close, stock up 20.3% YTD
