** Shares of video content distributor  SEAC.O  surge 21% to
a two-month high of $1.27 in heavy premarket volume
    ** Co's chairman of the board, Robert Pons, bought 100,000
shares, according to a filing https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1019671/000120919121042412/xslF345X03/doc4.xml,
 taking Pons' total ownership to 507,815 shares
    ** Pons bought shares at $1.06, ~1% premium on stock's last
close
    ** SEAC has 40.78 mln shares in free float
    ** About 1.38 mln shares changed hands by 7:18 am ET, about
1.2 times co's 25-DMA volume
    ** Stock has lost a quarter of its value so far in 2021
