Tiger Resource Finance Plc announces that Bruce Rowan, Chairman and Director of the Company has retired with immediate effect.
Colin Bird will assume the role of Chairman and the post of Chief Executive Officer will no longer exist. No changes to the investment committee are envisaged in the short-term.
