RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CHANGE OF NAME TO TIGER ROYALTIES AND INVESTMENTS PLC

CHANGE OF INVESTING POLICY

 

The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed. 

Accordingly, the name of the Company will change to Tiger Royalties and Investments PLC to reflect better the Company's new investing policy. An application is being made to Companies House for the name change. Further announcements regarding the change of name will be made in due course. The Ticker of TIR for the Company's shares will remain the same."
