Tiger Royalties and Investments Plc (AIM: TIG), an investment vehicle focused on incubating technology and mining projects, is pleased to announce that it is today posting to shareholders a notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG at 11:00 a.m. on 28 July 2025 (the "Notice").
At the AGM resolutions will be put to shareholders to approve a 1 for 10 share consolidation and change of name to Tiger Alpha PLC.
