Airbus AIR.PA, Thales TCFP.PA, Leonardo LDOF.MI:

European aerospace companies Airbus AIR.PA, Thales TCFP.PA and Leonardo LDOF.MI have started preliminary talks with European Union antitrust regulators over a possible merger of their satellite businesses,  a source familiar with the matter said on Friday.

Casino CASP.PA:

CASINO said it was selling 71 million euros worth of real estate assets to groupement les mousquetaires or substitute buyers.

     The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved French drugmaker Sanofi's SASY.PA hemophilia therapy, introducing a new type of treatment administered every two months for patients with the rare blood clotting disorder, the regulator said on Friday.
