Indian rupees ($1.56), their biggest pct gain since Aug. 25
** TILL shares hit their highest level since Sept. 19
** More than 63,000 shares change hands by 0429 GMT vs
30-day avg of 30,175 shares
** Stock down 23.8% so far this year, up to last close
($1 = 81.5475 Indian rupees)
